Here’s a peek into my bag! I usually carry around a book (just finished Circe - SO good), a pen (I’m a fan of InkJoy pens right now), a lipstick (red), and a journal...I’m keeping a consistent journal for the first time in years thank to my friend @noozibii , who made me a notebook. I tried to force myself to write every day for years, but recently I’ve only been writing in my journal if I have something I want to remember or feel like dissecting something. I also jot down any observations I have. Weirdly enough, this book didn’t have an entry about what to do when you have to go on an emergency hiatus to finish college applications. Thankfully, I’m all done with that in time for the holidays. Happy first day of NaNoWriMo! My first day started off pretty productive. The intense sugar rush from Halloween might have helped...Here’s hoping I can keep the momentum going! My progress: 2/30 chapters edited 💛 💛 💛 Is “funny women writing memoirs” a book genre? Because if so, it’s one of my favorites. I can still quote anecdotes from Mindy Kaling’s “Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?” I mostly read fiction, but every now and then I love to pick up a nonfiction book.
